Production & Processing
As a print-on-demand brand, each item is made to order after purchase:
- Production time: 2–7 business days (varies slightly by product type)
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK Bank Holidays
- You will receive a confirmation email upon purchase, and a second email with tracking details once your item ships.
Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight of your items.
- Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor its journey to you. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system.
Important Notes
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
- Delays: Once an order is with the carrier, we cannot speed up transit times. We will assist you in tracking and communicating with the carrier where possible.
- Lost/Undelivered: Please allow the full estimated delivery window plus 5 additional business days before flagging an order as missing. We will then work directly with you to resolve the matter.
- Unclaimed Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address or refusal of customs charges, a refund for the item cost only will be issued — original shipping costs are non-refundable.
